The Armed Forces Chamber Community Development Corporation, a 501(c)(3) public charity and Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), is the philanthropic arm of the Armed Forces Chamber of Commerce. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Nevada, its primary mission is to provide support directly to Armed Forces members and their families.
Programs & Services
The Armed Forces Chamber Community Development Corporation champions a holistic approach to improving quality of life through its diverse and impactful programs. Programs focus on key areas such as community and economic development, education, health and human services, hunger relief, plus support for Armed Forces members and their families. By addressing these vital areas, the organization fosters stronger, healthier, and more inclusive communities.

Armed Forces Kids Gear Up Education Program: Equips children with essential school supplies to enhance their academic success.

Military Heroes Holiday Meals: Provides hearty meals in honor of Valentine’s Day on 14 February to spouses of deployed Armed Forces members, Memorial Day on the last Monday in May to Armed Forces members, Independence Day on 4 July to Armed Forces members, Veterans Day on 11 November to Armed Forces members.

Mission Frite Nite Haunted Trunk or Treat: Creates a safe and fun environment for children to celebrate Halloween.

Operation Bunny Egg Scavenger Hunt: Brings joy to children from military families with an engaging Easter-themed event.

Santa Salutes Armed Forces Kids Toy Distribution Program: Spreads holiday cheer with toy donations for children from military families.

Coffee With A Trooper: Built community connections with troopers from Nevada State Police (formerly Nevada Highway Patrol).

Fong Nobles AfterSchool Mentoring Program: Provided guidance from Armed Forces members to youth through mentorship.

Honoring Veterans On Military Birthdays: Celebrated veterans on birthdays of the US military branch that they served in by donating brand new furniture.

Vegas Marries Military: Hosted complimentary vow renewals and weddings for military couples, celebrating love and service.
Through the programs and extended support of the Armed Forces Chamber Community Development Corporation, over 25,000 Armed Forces members and their families have been empowered, generating a local economic impact of $5 million.
Military Partners
Military partners work closely with the Armed Forces Chamber Community Development Corporation to deliver essential programs, resources, and services directly to Armed Forces members and their families. By providing targeted support where and when it’s needed most, the Chamber ensures these initiatives have maximum impact on the well-being and readiness of military personnel. This direct approach strengthens the resilience of service members and their families, contributing to a more robust and prepared military community.

Creech Air Force Base Exceptional Family Member Program
Creech Air Force Base (AFB) collaborates with the Armed Forces Chamber Community Development Corporation to enhance Military and Family Support Services. This partnership supports the Exceptional Family Member Program in assisting families with special needs by helping them identify and navigate a variety of programs and services. These services include but are not limited to information and referrals for military and community resources, educational outreach, connections to other military and family support providers, and information on local school and early intervention services. Creech AFB has approximately 3,500 personnel comprised of active-duty, Guard and Reserve Airmen as well as Department of Defense civilians and contractors.
Nevada National Guard Child & Youth Program
The Nevada National Guard (NV NG) collaborates with the Armed Forces Chamber Community Development Corporation to promote and sustain the quality of life and resilience of Army National Guard dependent children and youth. This partnership supports the Child & Youth Program by providing secure, timely, flexible, high-quality support services. These services include, but are not limited to, participation in programs, events, and activities geared toward the behavioral and physical health and welfare of children and youth. The NV NG has approximately 4,300 uniformed personnel, including over 3,000 soldiers and 1,200 airmen. The Nevada National Guard is supported by full-time personnel, including about 480 federal technicians and 460 Active Guard and Reserve members.

The Animal Foundation
The Animal Foundation partnered with the Armed Forces Chamber Community Development Corporation to support Armed Forces members and their families who are pet owners. Together, they assist veterans in need by referring those requiring financial aid and pet resources to The Animal Foundation, which provides the necessary assistance for their beloved pets. The Animal Foundation saves over 16,900 lost, abandoned, and homeless animals each year.
Extending Support
The Armed Forces Chamber Community Development Corporation partners with various community organizations to enhance, strengthen, and support its programs for Armed Forces members and their families. These collaborations enable expanded resources and services, ensuring a greater impact in addressing the needs of veterans and their loved ones across community and economic development, diversity and inclusion, education, environmental sustainability, health and human services, hunger relief and healthy eating, public safety, plus veteran and military support.
The Veterans Treatment Court employs a collaborative approach to support veterans dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or traumatic brain injuries (TBI) who face misdemeanor charges. Its mission is to promote public safety and provide targeted services to veterans, offering a structured, court-supervised program that integrates substance abuse and mental health treatment while addressing the veteran's holistic needs. This model aims to restore veterans as productive, law-abiding members of the community, ultimately reducing recidivism and associated costs.
To enhance these vital programs, the Armed Forces Chamber Community Development Corporation provides in-kind donations, including certificates of appreciation and gifts for graduates, and arranges special guest speakers and live performances for graduation ceremonies. Additionally, the organization supplies certified mentors who guide participants throughout the program.

Community Service
Are you looking for a meaningful way to fulfill your court-ordered community service obligation? Consider partnering with the Armed Forces Chamber Community Development Corporation. By joining forces with us, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in your community while honoring those who have bravely served our nation. Light-duty tasks are available including but not limited to: providing event support by setting up tables, chairs, signs, banners, helping at the registration table, and cleaning up; and providing highway cleanup support by the Armed Forces Chamber adopt a highway sign on US 95 by Creech AFB. With convenient submission options for your timesheets and a commitment to transparency and efficiency, fulfilling your community service requirement has never been easier. Join us in making a positive impact and expressing gratitude to those who have served our country with honor and dedication.

SkillBridge Program
The Armed Forces Chamber Community Development Corporation offers SkillBridge program internships and training for transitioning service members from all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces. These exciting opportunities allow service members to gain valuable experience in the public sector and exposure to private sector employment opportunities. Potential candidates are encouraged to review the Armed Forces Chamber's SkillBridge program standards, internship pathways, and then submit an application utilizing the available interest form. After the form is submitted, a representative will contact the candidate via email or phone.
