Andre' Haynes
Founder & CEO
Andre' Haynes is a seasoned entrepreneur who has founded and led thriving ventures since 1993, including a record label, concert promotion company, public relations firm, political consultancy, and business development enterprise. A published author and sought-after motivational speaker, Andre' has also inspired countless entrepreneurs and business owners as an adjunct instructor.
He actively contributes to influential boards and committees, serving with the State Bar of Nevada, the State of Nevada, and the City of Las Vegas, demonstrating his commitment to leadership and governance.
Deeply committed to community service, Andre' actively contributes as a member of organizations such as the Civil Air Patrol (U.S. Air Force Auxiliary), Sons of the American Legion, Rotary Club, Lions Club, and the American Diabetes Association.
JP Edwards
Executive Officer (XO)
Joaquin Perry-Edwards (JP Edwards) is a decorated veteran, having served in the U.S. Army as a Corporal (E-5), the U.S. Coast Guard as a Petty Officer Third Class (E-5), and in the Secret Service for Vice President Dan Quayle. Since retiring from military service in 1996, he has led two large organizations and provided executive protection to dignitaries. A dedicated community leader, JP Edwards actively mentors, volunteers, and supports local initiatives. He has been a proud member of the National Montford Point Marine Association, Inc. Chapter 46 Las Vegas, and the Royal Court of Mu Beta Phi Military Fraternity (Sin City XI Kings) Inc. He joined the Armed Forces Chamber as a Senior Officer in 2020 and was promoted to Executive Officer (XO) in 2024.
Neil Beller, Esq.
Board Member
Neil Beller is a distinguished attorney with over 40 years of legal experience, including serving as a Deputy District Attorney and Alternative Municipal Judge. Since joining the Bar in 1969, he has been a partner or sole proprietor of his law firm, with affiliated offices in California and New York. A dedicated community advocate, Beller has volunteered extensively with organizations supporting children, the State Bar, and Temple Ner Tamid, and he serves on the board of New Horizons School. Honored as Volunteer of the Year by the Clark County Bar Association in 1998, he joined the Armed Forces Chamber as an Honorary Board Member in 2021.
Patsy Brown, JD.
President
Patsy Brown, JD, is a seasoned legal professional specializing in contract law with extensive experience in legal and business roles. She has served as an administrative manager at The Law Office of Ellison & Associates in California and as in-house counsel for her family’s international and domestic businesses.
With over 15 years as a Federal Contractor and more than 25 years as a successful entrepreneur, Patsy’s diverse background includes owning restaurants in Southern California and leading an international product development firm.
An active member of the legal community, Patsy serves on the State Bar of Nevada's Fee Dispute Arbitration Committee and the Clark County Bar Association. She holds a professional law degree from Taft College in California, reflecting her dedication to legal excellence.
Al Litman
Board Member
Al Litman, originally from Duluth, Minnesota, earned a Bachelor of Science in History and Political Science from the University of Minnesota. A Vietnam War veteran, he served in the U.S. Army’s First Cavalry Division Artillery, earning a Bronze Star for Valor and an Air Medal. After his service, he taught in California public schools, later becoming an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University.
Relocating to Mesquite, Nevada, after a career in business and psychotherapy, Litman served as a City Councilman from 2011 to 2013 and as Mayor from 2014 to 2024. A dedicated community leader, he directed Veterans Day parades, co-founded the Mesquite Veterans Center, was appointed to committees including the Nellis Air Force Base Liaison plus Civilian Military Council and joined the Armed Forces Chamber as an Honorary Board Member in 2024.
